To celebrate earth day in my first grade class, we have an earth shaped pinata (round) and instead of hitting it with a stick, we will be removing toxic chemicals from it using some rubber gloves and a butter knife.
Oh I wish it was warmer, I would have been outside gardening. We are a pretty green family so we do quite a bit but we could probably still do more. One of my favorite sites for green info is... http://greendreams4u.wordpress.com/
